1. Scope & Purpose of Processing
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") supplements the AI Feed Lens Terms of Service and governs the processing of personal and technical data when utilizing our extension, APIs, and dashboard services.
2. Categories of Processed Data
- Customer Account Data: Email address, hashed authentication credentials, billing identifiers, and subscription status.
- In-Feed Linguistic Telemetry: Public post text strings transmitted ephemerally for inference tokenization and classification.
- Diagnostic Data: Client browser version (Chrome / Edge), extension version, and anonymized API response latency.
3. Processing Principles & Subprocessors
We mandate that all third-party infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting and payment gateways) maintain industry-standard security safeguards and process data solely under our explicit instruction.
Under no circumstances do we sell customer data or provide feed text to advertising networks or external data brokers.
4. Data Deletion & Portability
Upon termination of your account or upon written request, all associated personal account data is permanently purged from our active databases within thirty (30) days.
